The frame and worktable are made of thermally stabilized electro-welded steel, ensuring excellent water resistance.
The machine is equipped with a powerful blade motor with inverter, allowing speed adjustment up to 10,000 RPM, depending on the selected configuration.

Available in different versions, the machine can be configured according to the required blade size. The Y-axis length, worktable size and quantity, and the number of positions in the automatic tool magazine can all be customized to meet specific production requirements.

Digital brushless motors, combined with high-precision gear reducers and linear guides with recirculating ball bearings, ensure extremely accurate cuts even at high speeds.
The automatic rotating head, automatic blade tilting, and 22" Multi-Touch control panel enable a wide range of operations, including orthogonal, oblique, elliptical, circular, tilted cuts, and straight shaping, thanks to axis interpolation.

The Z-axis, driven by a ball screw system, reduces operating effort and ensures maximum long-term reliability.
The electrical system is fully EN/CE compliant and features watertight connectors for safe and durable operation.

The GLOBO 5 Axis can be equipped with high-efficiency manipulator featuring dedicated software and vacuum suction cups, allowing the automatic lifting and handling of cut pieces, optimizing processing times and minimizing material waste.

The automatic lubrication system preserves machine mechanics and components through continuous maintenance.
Fixed side guards and sliding front doors enhance operator safety while optimizing workspace.

The "open frame" configuration is highly customizable upon request, subject to technical feasibility assessment by our engineering department.

The electronic components of the machine are made up of products from globally recognized brands which guarantee easy availability in the event of a breakdown. LAN connection and USB port for uploading files from external devices.

Cad Cam software manages and optimizes all the phases of the process: from the design and/or import of parts, the definition of machining strategies, to the estimated timing and control of collisions with 3D simulation, through to the provision of parts and underparts on the work table.
